Choose a training concept before choosing machines
A personal training studio, a strength-focused gym and a mixed strength-and-cardio gym need different equipment selections. List the movements you intend to coach, the customers you expect to serve and the number of people training at the same time. Compare versatile equipment against the specific stations your programme requires.
