Describe the branding or development work clearly

A logo on an existing model, a different frame colour and a newly developed product are different requests. Explain whether you need visual branding, an existing-model configuration change or a new design discussion.

Share your preferred models, reference drawings or brand guidelines where relevant. We will discuss the available options and requirements; the website does not promise that every change is available on every model.

• Specify logo placement, artwork and preferred colours.
• Describe upholstery, labels, manuals and packaging requirements.
• Explain any functional changes or design constraints separately from appearance.

Confirm the sample and approval process

Ask which changes require samples, artwork approval, engineering review or development work. Confirm the applicable minimum quantities, one-time costs, unit prices and lead time before approving production.

For a custom design, clarify drawing ownership, permitted use, responsibilities for supplied designs and any tooling arrangements in writing. Do not assume that a standard catalog quote includes new product development.

Match branding with the destination requirements

Discuss destination labels, available test reports, electrical specifications where relevant, instructions and export documents for the selected model. A different brand name does not establish product eligibility in every market.
